Dr. Seuss and Read Across America at Chester
Chester Street students celebrated Dr. Seuss and “Read Across America Day” with hats, games and guest readers visiting their classrooms and sharing stories during the first few days of March 2016. Thing 1 and Thing 2 made an appearance. Silly hats, rhyming words, motional posters and other hard work led to a final day of entertainment.  The older students created Seuss themed games and hosted the younger students in competition and treats on Friday, March 3rd.  Miss Visko, Mrs. Coates and Mrs. Sebolka are pictured with their students, but all of the classes were a part of the celebration. The students wanted to thank their teachers for making reading and learning challenging and fun.
